    achievements and captures pics not showing


    hi . after latest update 3 days ago and subscription to ea access on my Xbox one whole of my achievements and captures pic turned to a same repetitive incorrect pic . even my gamer tag too and ea access vault games pic too. I tried with two different ISP
    Internet but problem still exist. My Nat is open and with this net I had not any probs before last update. I already tried remove my profile and again sign in and even used reset factory but those pics still showing. Plz help

    Cannot view shared content

    Cannot see any vids or pics that some friends send me in a private message. I also cannot view their capture via their profile. They are definitely seeing their captures and can't see any problems their end. Not sure if anyone else can see them though.

    Gamerscore is wrong?

    No. All achievements recently have been earned online. Plus all achievements show here on xbox.com as earned, but the gamerscore does not tally with this.

    Even my Pic next to the post doesn't show the correct score that's 80G short.

    You could take a screen capture and then crop the pic and upload it that way.

    Achievements not unlocking.

    It's been weeks and my Prestige achievement (75) wont pop. It shows Level 14, "CAPTURED" completed at HARDENED but I've completed it on VETERAN at least 7 times. I have all INTELS and all levels show completed on VETERAN except Level 14, "CAPTURED".

    WTF?
