achievements and award restoration please help!

ok so here where it begins, my gamertag is fully modded by a friend, he asked me to borrow my console when i was in summer school out of the country, so he used my account in there as a dummy account to try things first before he sumbit in his own
account, he modded lots of achievements and already unlocked lots of avatar awards and ruined my achievement progress, last time i remember it was 2,390 gamersocre or so, im asking to the support and tech team to fix this occur and thank you, i hope i will
not get banned or anything else but im not ready to make a new account and pay again, especially that xbox one is coming soon.

my youngest son reset my older son's game on black ops 2 is there anyway to get achievements and award restoration back

The enforcement team are the ones who handle gamerscore resets. You would have to have someone file a complaint on your account so they will investigate and give you a reset. Keep in mind, that gamerscore resets will remove all of your achievements and you
will not be able to re-earn any achievements you previously had before being reset. You will also be labelled a cheater.
