Achievement won't unlock

I dont know if this is the right place to go for help. I recently got far cry 4 on xbox one for christmas and i started playing it today. Everything was fine until the first outpost. An achievement called Tread Lightly is unlocked when you liberate a outpost
undetected. I did that with the first outpost and it didn't unlock. When i checked the list of achievements for the game under the Tread Lightly achievement it said ''Done! Unlocking'' . It sill hasnt unlocked and im want to know is it a bug in the game or
is it the xbox one itself

Achievements won't unlock!

I haven't had any achievements unlock on WWII since 11/4/2017. (It's only call of duty WWII that this is occurring on). I completed the campaign on veteran and only got achievements up to Champagne and Caviar ( complete the Liberation mission) I'm also prestige
3 for multiplayer but havent received the achievement for prestiging.

Has anyone else had this issue? If so has any ways to fix it been found?

I don't think it will be the Xbox one. The Developer are the ones who Set the Achievements.

That will have to be Game Side issue.

I think it is not a problem with cortana, but with achievements in general are having problems. I have some done unlocking achievements and some halo achievements won't unlock as well.

Maybe the game uses the same achievements system you have on your phone and won't unlock the same achievements again but for achievements you haven't unlocked will appear on your profile.

Once the achievements are locked, they won't be unlocked again.

To add to this madness, sometimes achievements will show up as unlocked on Xbox Smartglass, but they won't pop on the console (even if online). I've had this happen a few times, where I've done what the achievement requires, but it won't actually unlocked
for a couple days.
