    Achievement unlocking troubleshooting


    I’m having a problem with one of my achievements for one of my games I was playing. For some odd reason, I have done everything right to unlock this achievement, yet it hasn’t unlocked for me yet. And funny enough, once I completed the game, I got an achievement indicating that I unlocked all other achievements in the game, but that one locked achievement is still there, preventing me from getting the game’s platinum status. I waited the 72 hour data sync period (nothing happened) and the achievement section on the Xbox status page is up and running. I don’t know what to do. Are there any other ways to fix this?

    Hi, all achievement of my all games do not unlock
    In that case, please see this page for troubleshooting tips:

    Some requirements for this to work:

    • You have completed all of the required elements to unlock the achievement.

      Note You may have to unlock a combination of achievements.
    • Your console must be connected to Xbox Live. To complete challenges and unlock achievements, your Xbox One console cannot be set to offline.
