I have been experiencing this issue for 2 months.



XBF Nestor S Suggest me to clear Game Cache on the Xbox One.

I did it. But now I have another problem.

When I start xbox 360 game it shows me screen Getting your Xbox 360 info, but my profile never signed in.

So now I can play game but without my saves, achievements etc. The Emulator or game itself think that my xbox one s haven’t any profile on HDD.

Xbox One S console. How long have you been experiencing this issue?

First, I would suggest
Deleting / Downloading Your Profile back onto the console.

I've also been doing research on this subject and I've read that it could just be delayed and will update soon on it's own.

Sorry to hear that I have experienced similar problems in the past. I recommend clicking on that specific achievement, turn your console off and then after you turn the power back on, click back on the achievement then within a few days any delays\problems
etc. Should appear, hope this helps. DylanXXVIII28 ��
