Achievement unlocked but not synchronized (Mark of the Ninja Remastered)

Hi,i unlocked online the achivement for beating New Game+ mode in Mark of the Ninja Remastered but i'm still at 900/1000G and 37/38 achievements.I can only see my achievement unlocked in the game page,not in my profile or Xbox.com,etc...

I tried to make the conditions on another console,after clearing the cache and the save and still nothing.I tried everything in my mind and still nothing after 72 hours.

Any help please ? Thanks

Issue with Mark of the Ninja and World of Keflings

Hello, I had a couple issues tonight. First, I tried to play Mark of the Ninja for the first time and it kicks me offline everytime I load up the game. Then when the title screen to save my game comes up it says there is a problem with saving on my profile
because I'm not signed in, but even though I am kicked off xbox live, I was still signed in. Then I played a World of Keflings and unlocked the achievement for sharing with a friend. Though the achievement popped up, when I go to my achievements list, the
game doesn't register the gamerscore for the achievement. When I go into the achievement list, it lists that I have unlocked the achievement, but it is showing up in the wrong order. An achievement I unlocked a few days ago is listed first, followed by the
achievement I got tonight. I should have 2 achievements unlocked but when I go to my games, it says 1 is unlocked. Thanks for your help.

Let’s check the progress of your achievements online to verify if your console is synchronized with Xbox Live. Here are the steps:

Sign in at Xbox.com.

Select your profile icon in the upper-right corner, and then select Profile.

Tap or select Achievements.

Select the title of the achievement you're trying to unlock.

If the achievement appears under “Achievements,” it's already unlocked.

If the achievement appears under “Locked Achievements,” either the achievement was not successfully unlocked, or the console isn't yet synchronized with Xbox Live. Allow up to 72 hours for this synchronization to take place. If it hasn't appeared after 72
hours, try unlocking the achievement again.
