Achievement unlocked but gamerscore and progress not updated

A couple of days ago I unlocked the 'I Killed Them All' achievement on the XBox 360 version of Titanfall. While the achievement is showing as unlocked in my achievements list for the game, neither the progress or gamerscore reflect that. The progress is
stuck at 44/47 achievements while I only have two left. The gamerscore is 1155/1200, but the outstanding gamerscore total is only 20 points.

I waited a bit to see if the problem would resolve itself. I also have earned more achievements on the account, albeit in a different game.

What are the necessary steps to fix this problem?

Achievements not popping (but being added to my gamercard)

Hey I forget I got same problem thaf first guy mention that I got one achievement in Ryse and it is not popping but register background and updated in Achievements but not Gamerscore profile but everything updated in Achievements section so I had signed
out than in again so bought up updated for Gamerscore in profile in Home dashboard. Ok tonight I unlocked 3 achievements in Battlefield 4 and they not popping but updated in Achievements section but not updated my Gamerscore on profile in Home so again I had
signed out and in 3 times when I knew I unlocked achievement. So no notifications. I hate this bugged and Progress bugged.

No notifications for achievements popping and Achievements Progress (%) is broken now.

 

Achievements not popping (but being added to my gamercard)

Achievements Progress if you know it is not Achievements unlocked or Gamerscore. I made thread about Achievements Progress is broken so. I explain: Compare Games and Recent Activity show Forza Motorsport 5 - 2%, Ryse: Son of Rome - 0% and Battlefield 4 -
57%. That is when viewing Compare Games for friends and Recent Activity. Ok so when I viewing my Achievements section and show Forza Motorsport 5 - 5%, Ryse: Son of Rome - 85% and Battlefield 4 - 39%. You see what I mean now? That is Achievements Progress
is broken to me this is why. Achievements unlocked and Gamerscore is fine and they always updated to me. It is just Achievements Progress % is broken and messy up.

 

Hey there, so can you confirm that the achievement has been unlocked on this website (xbox.com)?

If it is, then I would suggest deleting the profile from the console (profile only), clear the system cache, restart the console and re-download the profile and seeing if the achievement is showing as unlocked after as your profile is downloaded from the
xbox website.

If it's not showing as unlocked on the website and you do the above you will loose the achievement, but should be able to re-earn it, but that will be your choice if you want to do that.

Delete and re-download profile:
support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

Clear system cache:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

 

hi karl, unfortunately there is no amount of clearing cache, deleting/re-downloading profile, earning the achievement that you can do to fix this. There was a major glitch in the achievement system and xbox live last week and a lot of people were affected.

I have been trying to gather up everyone affected by this so MS will actually get the problem fixed!

Can anyone confirm if unlocking another achievement within the affected game will sort out the previous achievements. I have unlocked 4 achievements on Dark Souls 2 but the score is still showing as 0.

earn another one and it doesn't show that you've earned any still, please post up a new thread. We'll need the game that is affected and the achievement names that have not been added. This way we'll be able to get you the individual support that works best
on the forums.
