Achievement Tracking Still Broken After Update

I have had a mixed experience with achievement tracking since the 10/5 patch.

First, it corrected all the audio log, prismatic core and dungeon achievements as soon as I loaded the game. It didn't correct the hardware or the monies achievement.

Then, I went into Shifting Sands and picked up 1 piece of hardware. My percentage increased by 8% to 54%. I thought, Cool, I just need to pick up a piece of hardware in each location.

However, I collected 20-25 pieces of hardware in Shifting Sands and my percentage remains at 54%. The other locations have not changed at all, even if I do pick up any hardware. The monies percentage doesn't change at all either. I have over 20k in my inventory
right now, so I should be a minimum of 40% probably more if it counted the stuff I spent. However, my percentage is 39%.

Anyone else have a mixed bag of improvements?

I have still a problem with the achievement "Spelunker" (complete every dungeon once). It gets stuck at 85% although I completed all 17 regular dungeons plus the 18th hidden dungeon called
"Quicksand Rally". I don't know what to do. Maybe I have to visit all 17 dungeons again.

I have a similar problem in the area "Lonely Basin". My percentage increased (with picking up 1 piece) by 93% to 98% and then gets stuck. Totally weird.

My situation seems to have corrected itself. I read on another forum that a few hours after playing with the new update, the tracking will fix itself. Sure enough, I played the next day and all achievements were updated correctly and started tracking on
their own.

Hopefully that is your experience as well.

Yes, I have also still problems. The achievement "Spelunker" is still broken for me. Today, I visited again every dungeon and the achievement didn't pop up. By the way: The dungeons
"Core Factory", "Pylon 512" and "The Warren" are part of the story and I can't do anything in them after my first visit. So, what can I do to get this achievement?

Hi Pascolos, I believe Spelunker is for finishing the dungeons, so you'd have run through to the end and then exit, not just visit them. Also, there's a dungeon back by Joule's crawler that requires 75 prismatic cores. I think you need to complete that
one before this achievement will pop. My tracking is working correctly for me on this achievement. Each new dungeon I finish raises the percentage by 6 or 7%. - Jeff

I have 81 prismatic cores and can enter every dungeon in the game. I have also completely finished all 17 dungeons again (I went through the big blue gate at the end of every dungeon and left them at the fast travel point; except "Core Factory", "Pylon 512"
and "The Warren" because they are story related and I can't do anything in them after my first visit). I have really no idea how I can get this achievement. Maybe a new playthrough... or am I doing anything wrong?

Hmmm, yeah, that definitely sounds like you're stuck. :-( It sounds like you're doing everything I am doing, and my % is still going up. Sadly, I am out of suggestions for you other than a new playthrough. Hopefully someone else sees this with a new
idea...

 

Yes, but I hope there will be a patch for that issue. And I also hope that you won't have this bug. It's really annoying, but I still love this game!

I am still stuck at 92%.

Has anyone who was stuck at 92% found a way to complete it?

I'm sorry to hear that. I really don't know what causes this problem. In the meantime, I've done every dungeon three times and I'm still stuck at 85%. The developers really have to fix that.

Finished the game and it is actually quite good even though the story is very dull and poor executed. Combat and platforming was decent though as well as the world & dungeons. Anyway I've stumbled upon so many glitches, bugs and broken achievements that
it's devastating. Mailed all of it to info

in the hope somebody will read it (no response as of today).

Broken achievements for me so far:

- Spelunker (stuck at 64% even though I finished all of the dungeons at least once)

- Core Swapper (stuck at 91% even though I've definitely used all combos with their lethals)

- Bargain Basin

- Cradle Robber

- Exclusion Zoner

All hardware pickup achievements are stuck somewhere in the middle even though I've definitely collected most (all) of them in plain sight so I have to be at least at >90% in each map.

This is frustrating as **** and even more if they don't plan to fix this. I used the glitch to get to Quicksand Rally, but I hope this won't be punished by the devs. They are the ones who put incomplete content in the game and weren't able to properly lock
it up. Heck if I weren't a member of TrueAchievements I even didn't notice that the area isn't supposed to be accessed by now.

What a mess this is, it's sad, because the game basically is good.
