Achievement tracking hasn't worked for me since Wednesday night

For each of the achievements I have had issues with I have tried going to individual achievement page on both the xbox one and Xbox.com.

On Wed my progress toward lone wolf on halo 5 didnt move when I beat a level.

I also should have unlocked an achievement in I, Zombie

Thursday morning an I should have unlocked an achievement in Nero. I tried a hard reboot of my console and fufilled the requirement for the achievement still not unlocked. I then should have unlocked two achievements in halo 5.

Thursday night I tried several hard reboots of the console and should have unlocked an achievement in Demon Crytals and then at least one achievement in Zombie Vikings.

Friday I tried removing my account from my xbox one, hard reboot, then adding my account back. Still couldn't unlock the achievement in I, Zombie.

Any advice?

July Xbox Quest Rewards not updating

Since I'm only sure about this one. My multiplayer hasn't updated and I've done it each day since Wednesday. I don't think it ever updated back in may or june I did add 5 friends..too, but I didn't bother reporting it. Is there something wrong with the
tracking?

Achievment unlock issues.

No the issue hasn't resolved itself, I haven't played GTA for months, I will have unlocked those achievements a while ago. Since then I have been playing Assassin's Creed Syndicate, Fallout 4, Gears of War Ultimate Edition, Halo 5 and more, no achievements
and no game progress tracking either,

I tried that a few times. It didn't work. The error codes are alternating with 80151904 and 8015190B. It hasn't been working since Wednesday.

Mine hasn't arrived yet, so hopefully tomorrow... it's been with Royal Fail since monday night. A few people on the shopto forum had there copy delivered on Wednesday.

I haven't been able to play anything at all since Wednesday night. It's a bit more than frustrating because I don't enjoy having a $500 paper weight. I am on the road and connect through a tablet and I can't play anything it worked just fine before Wednesday

I've seen this before . Our club races every other Wednesday night , and we all see the other's cars flying , submerging in the track , etc . It generally happens when there are more than three of us .

This has happened to me also since console updated on Wednesday 13th May. Achievements for last 30 days also stuck on zero.. Tried to fix as advised but no joy.
