Achievement tracker stuck at 98%

Hello!

I came here because I need assistance with the achievement tracker on one game: Star Wars Battlefront.The achievement is "The circle is now complete" (you need to reach level 100). My gamertag is

The achievement should have popped past tuesday, on march 26th, around 18:00 (GMT+1:00) - Spain time zone - but for some reason the tracker associated to that achievement is locked at 98%, so refuses to pop even when I already met the requirements
to obtain it (reach level 100 with almost 6 million points of XP).

This is really awkward because I haven't experimented any problem with any other achievements on 360 or One before, even on this game, the rest of the 62 achievements popped successfully, so at least I can confirm that the issue only occurs at the
achievement tracker on that specific game, the rest of the games showed progress in real time with no delays at all.

I already tried all the common tips/tricks to force sync but none of them worked.

• Remove your account from your Xbox One console.

• Power cycle your Xbox One console.

• Download your account to your Xbox One console.

• Check that achievement on xbox.com.

• Waiting 72 hours to see if pops.

• Both factory reset modes (keeping my games and apps) & (removing everything).•
Log off - log on, removing and activating again my wired connection.

• Continue playing actively the game (the requirements only need to reach almost 6 million points of XP, I already got 7 million by now).•
Attempt to unlock the Achievement again. (This one is impossible for obvious reason, it is a multiplayer game, so unfortunately, I can't reset my stats to try again).

Weirdest thing is that at every place I look on (Xbox app / achievement profile on xbox.com / achievement tab on console) shows game stats accurately and updated, with my current level (100), so you can see on my screenshots below that clearly shows
that I got the requirements for that achievement since that day.













My biggest fear is that the achievement can stay permanently locked, so I want to know which step do I need to follow now to try to solve this problem or at least how to get pass this topic to somebody working at technical department.
