Achievement to My Reward Credits

Hello, I have been having issues with my Xbox Rewards System neglecting giving me reward credits. I've been a member of the Xbox Rewards system since 2014, and only accumulated 5,300 credits ( $ 5.30 ). I usually always have gold membership as well.

I have been gaining a lot of gamerscore, and last year went from 30,000 to 100,000 before 2018.

Compared to my friends, they have been getting rewarded for different achievement milestones in both Reward Credits and My Gems. I never get any messages from Xbox Live, or emails stating I gained anything.

I check my Rewards account every month or so, but I never get any of my credits for Achievement Milestones. I received my Overlord badge, and apparently along with it I am supposed to receive 5,000 credits.

My friend received $15.00 for reaching 75,000 gamerscore. He received another $5.00 for reaching 80,000 gamerscore.

I am getting frustrated and have been dealing with no rewards for years. I think the only thing that actually registered was pre-ordering a game during a summer event, and that was unknowingly.

Is there any way I can receive rewards back? I have been gaming for so long, and to hear my friends getting rewards back, it makes me wonder why I'm not receiving things as well.

My xbox live rewards progress is not showing up .

I managed to complete some surveys of the past months, still I get no credits also I started and finished a game with all achievements and still theres no rewards for my progress..

When I will receive the rewards credits from the past months surveys and from the game that I completed with all achievements???

 

My points are not updating correctly

The 9365 is your gamerscore, not Rewards credits. Gamerscore is earned by getting achievements in games. Rewards credits are earned by completing offers in the Rewards program.

 

In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. Achievements only earn credits if there is a specific offer for them (like
the current Dr. Rewards offer). The program has never awarded credits for reaching certain gamerscore milestones. The credits your friend received may have been from back before 2013 when VIP status was based on gamerscore, not the current star levels. Starting
October 1, 2017, you can now start earning gems for reaching achievement levels, but you would not receive any gems for anything done prior to that date. You can earn 2 gems per every 1,000 gamerscore you receive started from October 1 as well.

 

It has been recent in both 2017 and 2018 that he has been rewarded for milestones. I had also found this to show reaching this Achievement Milestone grants a 5,000 rewards credits.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014.

MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you were a zero star member, up until October 2017, you did not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

The Overlord picture you refer to is from a offer we had in July 2016. That offer is no longer available, and was to promote the new MyAchievement tiers of Recruit and Overlord, and Rewarded 5,000 Rewards Credits for all members who were placed into the
Overlord tier at that time.
