    Hello all

    So my timestamps for achievements are a little messed up. My last played date for games functions correctly. After 12AM the last played date changes to the current date when booting up a game. However the achievement timestamps only change after 4AM (yes
    I checked). Before 4AM and the are stamped as the previous day.

    My timezone is set right on the console and on the website. This was the only reason I could find online why it might be not working properly but that's not the case. I know it's not a huge issue but for some reason it bugs me a little. It had been functioning
    properly in the past so I'm not sure why the issue has arose. On the console the timestamps appear as the correct date but the info is conflicting on the website.

    In addition I've also noticed the timestamps for the achievements are also incorrect on Xbox.com. They are still correct on Smartglass and the snapped achievement app. Please fix this ASAP.

    I did the power cycle as a tip of one of the first support employees i contacted, which unfortunately caused my achievements to synchronize the incorrect way. The latest support employee i contacted also advised me to ask the community for help, which i
    always feel is a bit of a 'go away with your problem'-solution. Guess i'll just have to really be patient this time and hope for the best Achievement timestamps on xbox.com are incorrect :(

    Achievements are having trouble, You need to wait
    I have been patient, but this only caused my achievements to synchronize in the incorrect way. Any tips or tricks i may do that will solve my issue other than being patient?

    So, at this point we are almost 3 weeks ahead of the point where the achievements messed up. At this point i have talked to 4 support employees, i filled in some survey two times for two different cases on this matter and the system engineers are on the
    case. However, i have not seen a real solution so far.

    Do i still have to wait for my situation to 'fix itself'?

    You can do a Power Cicle on your Xbox, but as the other guy said, there is a problem with the achievements

    This is really a bad thing to Xbox comunity, many users don't like It, I hope they fix It as soon as possible

    Incorrect timestamps

    It has been 55 days since the time stamps messed up my achievement streak. I have send multiple e-mails to my contact at the Xbox Support, who was reassuring me with this line 'Nothing to worry,
    you have me until the end.' (dd. 27/08/18).

    Since then i have sent two more e-mail (10/9/18 and 22/9/18) regarding any possible updates i am unaware of. So far, no answers from support-employee Michelle nor any solution for my issue.

    When will my issue be resolved, if it will be ever resolved?
