Achievement tab not displaying anything

Hello,

Since yesterday, the Achievements tab on my profile is not displaying anything other than the "Get your game on!" message. My games and scores seem to have vanished. My gamerscore is unaffected as is the ability to unlock new achievements. I can also
see my achievements through the snap app. I have tried a hard reset, redownload of profile etc but nothing seems to have worked.

I would appreciate if there is a way to promptly resolve this issue.

Achievements not displaying?

Hi All,

For the last week or so my gamerscore & achievements have been showing as 0 on my 360 (even though they still show checking on my PC), and attempting to view them brings up the message:

"Sorry, couldn't retrieve your list of played games. Please try again later"

I've also found that in game options like control, display, audio settings etc. are all resetting every time I switch off, and have top be manually set again each time I play the game, even if I'm loading a saved game... seems weird that they'd be related
but these two things have happened together.

This wasn't a huge problem to begin with, but I'm started to get pretty irritated having to go through the menus resetting whenever I play - and I'm not sure if achievements are unlocking in my current game (KoA: Reckoning) as I haven't had anything new
in the past 20 hours or so of playing despite a decent amount of progress.

Any ideas would be much appreciated!

There was an issue with this recently but it should be cleared up now. If you're still having trouble please let us know If you haven't tried already a power cycle can help clear this up. Hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds and then power it back
on.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your achievements not showing. If you haven't tried already please give a power cycle a try by holding the Xbox button down for 8-10 seconds until your Xbox One powers off. Once it's shut off wait about 30 seconds
and power it back on and give it another try.
