Achievement Syncing Issues

    Achievement Syncing Issues


    Yesterday I unlocked 3 achievements on my Xbox 360 (2 in one game and 1 in another) these achievements added to total gamerscore in the top right corner and I did get the notification that they were unlocked, but they did not register in the expanded achievement
    information (listings of each game and what score you have obtained for each) I have tried clearing the cache and downloading my profile again and all that did was remove my Xbox One achievements from my total score display on my Xbox 360. So My total gamerscore
    should be displaying at 70615, and on my Xbox One it is 70500 and on my Xbox 360 my gamerscore in 59585 in the top right hand corner and 59470 is shown in my expanded achievements display. I have also read some information that in order to try and fix some
    of this I should unlock an achievement of the Xbox One and then log in to my Xbox 360 and that might allow everything to catch up, however my Xbox One achievement app has been down ever since this has happened so nothing will unlock. Has anyone else had these
    problems? Or does anyone have any other ideas on how to fix? Sorry for the novel, I wanted to provide as much information as possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Achievement does not synchronize on my profile - Part 2

    Same issues as described. My achievements unlocked in game (the green bar popped) but are not syncing at all. I have 3 achievements from Angry Birds: Star Wars and 1 achievement from Hitman: Go affected.

    achievement not unlocking properly

    Achievement syncing issues I have had good luck resolving by deleting and re-downloading your profile. I'm not sure what triggers it specifically but that has always worked well for me.

    Hi there,

    For achievement sync issues I would advise that you delete your profile and re-download it. 99% of the time this will resolve any issues that arise as far as achievement sync šŸ˜€

    Hi there,

    For achievement sync issues what I have found works best (and usually fixes the issue) is deleting and re-downloading your xbox profile. This should cause everything to sync with the servers again and award the achievements that you have earned.

    Having the same issue. Just noticed the last 3 achievements I unlocked didn't sync to my account (though I got the notifications). Went to achievements tab and saw this. Hopefully they get this fixed soon (and my achievements will sync without having to
    unlock them again).
