Achievement stuck on 100%, will it still unlock if game is deleted?

Heya

I've got an achievement stuck at 100% that I'm trying to force unlock. I've deleted the game (Fallout 4) and saved data, reinstalled, restarted etc. I've done everything suggested on Google to get it to unlock to no luck whatsoever.

I'm trading in the game tomorrow so will no longer be able to access it and would like to delete it from my system to make room for more games - should I expect the achievement to unlock eventually on its own even if the game is no longer on my system,
or do I need to keep hold of it just so the achievement will unlock? It's the very last (original) achievement that needs unlocking, so the perfectionist in me is hating life.

Hope this is in the right forum, I know the issue of achievements not unlocking has been asked plenty of times, but I'm just wondering if I'll still get it if I delete the game, yet to find someone answering this!

Media baron achievement stuck at 100%

All criteria for media baron achievement has been met. Achievement will not unlock. Stuck at 100%

Super achievement stuck on 100% but not unlocking

I have played through the DLC unlocking all the characters and using the sunset hill method of boosting the achievement reaching 100% but the achievement is now stuck when it should unlock. I have since played through all of the characters again, with every
costume but still it does not unlock.

Any Suggestions to what might fix this

Hi,

Although I can't give a definitive answer. I have had times where an achievement has unlocked a few days after I actually achieved it. It usually happens after turning on my console, even without having played the relative game for ages. So I would say
yes, it will most likely work without having the game. But maybe just keep it installed, just in case....

Add me to the list of having achievements not unlocking properly.

One is stuck at 100% progress "Done! Unlocking..." and one is stuck at 75% even though it should be 100% (progress bar didn't move).

Really hoping I don't have to play the game again to get 100%.

I have 6 achievements for the new Titanfall DLC not unlocking still. 4 are stuck at 100%, and for the other 2 I've completed the tasks several times in game (one is as simple as winning a game on one of the new maps). This is so frustrating.

I haven't met these achievements with 100% progress without being unlocked, still I hear it a lot but lots of people solved it by reinstaling the game or delete save and start again or a patch if it was a game recently published..

What I meant by unlocking stage, is the achievement as been stuck on 100%. I had an achievement on GTA V one of the very first achievements you should of unlocked for the game recently popped up.

you're not the only one that has this problem, many do.

What makes you think your achievements are disabled?
