Achievement stuck in "Unlocking..." state

I completed an achievement in Shadows of Mordor but the achievement seems to be stuck on a "Done! Unlocking..." state. The achievement is "Bearer of the Shining Lamp" for collecting all of the Ithidin. In the achievements app it is down as 100% and has
the text "Done! Unlocking..." next to it.

it has been this way since last night and I have unlocked a few more achievements in Shadows of Mordor since then. Is there a way to force it to pop?

I have tried doing a hard reset of the console as well as signing in and out of my profile.

Any ideas?

If it is saying done...unlocking you just need to give it some time. This happens a lot with Xbox one achievements

Have the same issue with 6 of the achievements. When they eventually unlock do they usually just add to my gamerscore or will they randomly pop in game. Tried a brand new game file and same achievements are stuck unlocking.

 

After waiting a few more hours it randomly unlocked.

 

That can happen occasionally and can take a few days to unlock achievements that enter this state. If it says 100% then it will unlock, it is just a matter of when. You don't even need to be playing a game or the same game you earned the achievement on,
it will just pop when it unlocks.
