Achievement stuck at x% progress

Hey everybody, I have went through Darksiders Warmastered edition and I have been able to get every achievement except for two. I looked into what they were and one is for getting x number of kills on a orse and the other for getting every achievement.
I started grinding it and once I hit 72% on it the progress stopped updating. Hard resets have been attempted and I have given over 24 hrs to make sure everything has been able to sync but it won't move. Any possible fixes?

If you have the xbox app open it up and go to the game and look at achievements for it. Does that triggure the achievements showing? Ive had this happen to me and this was how I fixed it.

Have you tried to close the game down and restart it? Or might be worth giving it a uninstall and reinstall. Worst case have a check on trueachievements and see if anyone else has had a problem with it. If so they might be able to offer you a solution
on how to fix it.

I am having the problem where achievement progress is frozen. I'm stuck on 2 achievements on Diablo 3 currently.

Greed over Need, stuck on 3%

Demolition Derby, stuck on 80%

I'm glitched on the "Super!" achievement. I have every character unlocked and have used all their supers. But yet it's stuck at 95% progress bar when I go to check achievement progress.
