achievement still bugged, need it reset

OK lets try this again,

The "Lateral thinking" achievement, for dragon Age Inquisition trespasser DLC on
Xbox one is bugged for me at 75%

its stuck at 75% refuses to update when i open last chest and wont reset to 0 on new playthroughs

i made a post a week ago Here

finally got a reply thank you for that

but Xbox one achievements don't pop offline so i wasted a week playing the game off line, was at least something to try but still not fixing my issue

this morning i deleted my account from all Xboxs and signed my self out of all apps on other devises so i was in no way connected to my account i then reset my console and unplugged it while i was at work. when i came home i plugged it in reloaded my profile
re installed the game and achievement still showed 75%

now i don't want Xbox to give me this achievement, i wouldn't turn it down if that was their solution to get me to stop bugging em

but all i'm asking is please Reset this achievement for me, the bug has to be on your side. reset it to 0% and let me try a fresh run though

please don't mention the survey I Want a solution, not a sorry our systems broke but hey tell us about it and we wont get back to you

Achievements not popping (but being added to my gamercard)

Hey that is cool and yeah Microsoft need to addressing it. It is bugged as hell.

We happy that Gamerscore and Achievements is smooth and updated normally but not Achievements Progress as it is bugged. They need to patches it. Hopefully too.

 

Far Cry Primal Achivement "Conquest (all forts are captured)" didn't unlock on Xbox One X

Hello

Microsoft Support said that i should ask the Achievement Support Team here to check and then fix an bugged Achievement.

I already finished the Game and also got the two Achievements "To Ash" and "Evolution in Action" which only comes after conquering the two forts, so it's clearly bugged.

I also already cleared cache, hard reset and everything, and it didn't help.

So please asap check my profile and the achievements and then please unlock the bugged one.

Hey there Onikakarot,

As Misses Quinzel mentioned in her post, we don't have any other troubleshooting steps that can be done aside from that which is on the

Sticky and the Achievement Survey which is sent to the teams who work on that part of the console specifically. We don't have the ability to reset that Achievement progress either which you've requested. The best thing to do is continue to use the Achievement
Sticky guide and report the issue with the Achievement through the survey after waiting the 72 hours.
