Achievement Score Lost in last 24hrs

I the last 24hrs I have lost about 500 score in my last month of achieveents. I had 1700+ last night and today I have 1300... total for just the month.

Now I have started playing 3 or 4 new games just this month making it easy to calculate the total by date in my achiements list on Xbox one. I added it up to a total of 1800 just for this month.

Why is this such a sudden drop over night of 500 but still have proof in my achievement list for 1800 score for the month?

Lost 40,000+ Gamerscore

last night I finished all the achievements for Quantum Break and I went to double check on my profile and I lost 40,000 or so Gamerscore and 27 games got wiped down to 0%. The games still say the achievements are unlocked with time stamps but there's no
score for them? Help!?

Same thing here! Lost aroung 16k G, achievements are unlocked but don't show on the total score?

Same thing happened to both accounts on my XBox One (Day One version), Scores dropped in the leader boards.

- dropped from over 1000 to 390 for November.

Jay Hattrick - dropped from around 120 to 0 for November.

Also, my days left in the month dropped to 3 in the middle of the 26th of November. Could have been caused by it being on UTC time (I'm Pacific Time).

Any help would be appreciated, and thanks for letting me piggy back on your ticket, BACE84.

PS:

I did a hard reset, and still have this problem on the box. I'm also running the XBox App on my Android Phone (Samsung Galaxy 5 - yep it's old), and the App updated today.

Possibly around the time the Leader board placing became incorrect.

 

Wouldn't worry about it.Sounds like it's just a glitch which should correct itself.

It's happened before & has always corrected itself.

 

All good just happy to see others ere. As I have just found out it also happens to a friend of friend same period of time as me and about the same amount of points.

As for being an old phone. I have Samsung S8+ and I did not have the app on my mobile until after my points were missing. So I can confirm for a fact that my phone did not have an impact on my score.

I downloaded the app for one reason after only in hope that it was my Xbox one and my score would be correct on app but I was proven that it was across the board with the scoring the same on app and incorrect also.

It sucks though to be happening at end of month when points are at there fullest though

Also I forgot to mention that I called Microsoft thinking this was a hack job and they where pretty stern on the idea that they have absolutey no program for the achievements list on our Xbox. Lol

So I'm after answers and is the reason for me starting this page after calling them.

Same here. Went from 1200 to 800. Pretty upset. Nobody at x box will respond. Make it right and let us know!

 

rang them again. They suggested to register with www. Trueachievments.com.

I went to the site and here's the problem. I couldn't access my gamer tag there. So on the off chance I enter my old xbox gamer tag and wrong linking email.. and it gave me full access to old account with wrong email.

So I'm taking a guess I don't know much about this site. so I asked another mate and they are angry about this and said they feel like deleting there account from there. And this is a person using this site for help.

So long story short....

Can someone use your gamer tag from this site to manipulate our achievement score??

I give Daft the Verified answer as this is what happens.

Still does not excuse the fact Microsoft has no control/program to control our achievement score.

I am disappointed to know that a scoring system from the start of achievements and Microsoft/Xbox has no control over.

The scoring system tells other players how good and how well you play games and should be taken more seriously in my opinion.

As I write this 5min ago my son saw my score stand as is at 1900. Big difference then from glitch of 1300.

600 difference.

My score is back to normal and I have been told by Xbox staff they have no control and I do not expect an answer. Lol

Everything should be under one roof when comes to system programs. Done.
