Achievement requirements met, but not yet unlocked?

Recently i have been playing a lot of Modern Warfare Remastered and i am a pretty avid achievement hunter. The original modern warfare i had got all of the achievements and was hoping to do so again, however, the final achievement i need to unlock is impossible.
The last achievement is 'eyes and ears' which is collect all intel. I have collected all intel, all 30/30 but have yet to receive my achievement and gamer score. I've waited about a week to see if it would work but to no avail. I have even went as far as contacting
Microsoft and activision. Both could barely help, thats why im here. Anyone know a solution to this problem? literally any help at all would be fantastic, or if there is someone with the same problem let me know. Thank you

Killer instinct achievements and fight titles issue

The achievements and fight titles will not unlock after i have met the requirements. They only unlock for Glacius but no other characters . Its very frustrating becuase i have met the requirements multiple times. Please help!!!!!

Problems whit Gears of war 4 achievement

Just double check that you have met the
requirements for those achievements, there may be some that you haven't quite yet earned.

This achievement had an issue before the remastered edition, where if you used the cheats and grabbed just a single Intel, it would null the achievement totally.

So Im assuming this is the same thing happening here.

Did you use the in game cheats at all during your time playing thus far?

I just checked your gamercard and it is registering that you have completed 100% progress on the achievement, yet it remains locked. Since the Xbox is recognizing that you have met the requirements, try doing a hard reboot. It's possible the achievement
will unlock once start the game up again.

the achievement that you say you met the requirements for should unlock the same happened to me they will unlock they just take awhile some can even take days

For God's sakes, it's been over 4 months, Microsoft... I have 14/15 achievements unlocked in Trivial Pursuit (WP) and I have met every requirement for the 15th achievement. The achievement, "Fast Worker Entertainment" is not a bugged achievement (94% of
TA users with this game have unlocked it:

http://i.imgur.com/GK6HR7m.png It's right there, second from the top. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, wiped the game data from my phone, restarted my phone, tried to pop it offline, met the requirements
literally dozens of times, yet no matter what I do, the game will not let me unlock the achievement, because it thinks I have already unlocked it. I met the requirements for the achievement, for the first time on February 21st, 2015, roughly between 5:23pm
PST and 5:25pm PST. My game save information must be stored on a server or something because no matter how many times I delete it, I always come back with '15/15 achievements unlocked' in the in-game achievement list. It is the LAST ACHIEVEMENT I NEED and
it has been driving me nuts for months. I'm really getting sick of waiting.

I've had this same issue with my Titanfall achievements. After a while, if you've met the achievement requirements, the achievement should automatically unlock after a few days or even after another patch comes out, but, eventually, it should automatically
unlock.
