    Achievement progress reset itself after Preview Dashboard update


    I was 50% on two achievements in dying light last night when I signed off. I noticed that when I went to check progress under the achievements tab after it updated that it was saying it couldn't display my achievements at the time. I signed on this afternoon
    and continued work on these two achievements in particular. I go to check the achievement tab today and it shows BOTH bars at 50% but the progress says 10%!, the progress I had made today had overwritten my previous progress. Is there any way I can get this
    resolved? It should actually read 60% now for both...

    Forwarded here from a support chat regarding making sure my Xbox does not reset to factory default again without me initializing it.

    I was in a chat and my Xbox one reset itself causing me to reinstall all games. I am a preview member but recently opted out of the new dashboard. This happened after the update

    Xbox One Dashboard Slow & Laggy

    I went on vacation for 10 days and remember the Xbox One dashboard being fast and responsive with no issues prior to leaving. After returning, I've noticed the dashboard is slower and laggy, to the point where it's annoying. I've done a hard reset and also gave it a few days before typing this, still the same. Was there an update or something? Anyone else experiencing issues?

    I'm not in the preview program and on an Xbox One X.

    Please report issues with the preview program through the tools available on your Xbox. You can do so by holding down the Home button on your controller and selecting "Report a problem"

    I would also suggest making a post about it on the preview forums

    I have just looked over everything and basically my campaign progression, collectibles, and achievement progression got reset after the TU4 update. Everything else is fine. Is there anyone else having this issue?

    How and why did GTA V duplicate itself, giving me two separate games with their own separate achievements, when I signed into my friends Xbox? It carried over to mine when I signed back in to mine.

    Are you on the preview Dashboard?

    ive seen this a few times, it usually corrects itself. See if you can actualy score both lists ;)

    There is a Japanese version with seperate achievements

    Un enroll from nxe update

    If you're using the NXOE update you'll also have to factory reset and possible perform the offline diagnostics after un-enrolling in order to revert back to the non preview dashboard
