Achievement progress list

Hi, for about two weeks now I've been having a problem where under gaming (where it shows games you've played along with achievements) is not updating correctly. If I play any game, before it would jump to the top of the list. Now it doesn't and I've started
Metro over a week ago and it's still no where on my profile. I can see it fine on Trueachievements. But not on Xbox, phone app or website. Few people over trueachievements are having the same problem. Is it a known issue?

Mass Effect Andromeda Achievements list not displayed and unable to turn on achievement tracker

I had that for a while, then it started showing up randomly but the progress wouldnt update on each achievement. If you clicked on the achievement it would then show me my progress but then returning to the list no progress would be shown. Achievements did
unlock but made the tracker useless. ☹

 

Deus Ex HR Achievements.

Playing in the Deus ex (Xbox one) I got some
achievements, but they are blocked in the list
of achievements. Normally in this situation
is shown to achieve progress, but now everything
is blocked and progress is not specified.

So we can collect more info on what you're experiencing, can you please also post screenshots of the discrepancies between your achievement list and your most recently played game(s)? Just to clarify, these achievements are showing as being earned when you
check your Activity Feed and they are adding to your Gamerscore total, correct?

Also, are you enrolled in the Insider Preview program? If so, please also report this via the Insider Hub app on your Xbox One console and via the Insider Preview forums.

Hi, yes still having this issue. Achievements unlock fine, add to my gamerscore fine and show up on my activity feed fine. It's when I look at my profile under the gaming tab where the leader board and games played are. The games list doesn't update. One
game I played is now on the list but the other not. Also the games I played last night are not at the top of that list. It's like a delay or syncing issue

 

Same problem there almost 2 weeks, delete the profile, hard reset, no fix this, the problem is on Xbox One and Windows 10 app's. The games not updating properly on my list for me and a lot of peoples.
