    Achievement progress frozen for digital games


    I have had a problem with my achievements in the past few months where their progress is frozen in place. No matter what I do to progress any achievement the percentage complete never changes. Any game that I have started since then has all of its achievements
    at zero percent and cannot be unlocked. The one game that I have that doesn't do this is on disc leading me to believe that this is a problem only for digital games. I have already tried everything on the xbox support page for this and contacted the support
    team directly. The xbox support member I discussed this problem with told me to "make a post on the achievement forums to notify them" since I couldn't find any achievement forums I'm posting this here.

    Would you look at it? Just look at it! Not unlocking

    I'm having that problem too. My progress is frozen at 71% but the game achievements say I found all the orbs in all regions

    Achievement progress frozen for digital games

    A Couple of troubleshoot steps you could try are to uninstall and reinstall your profile as well as clear the MAC address on your xbox one, you can do this by going to your Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear.

    Settings>Network settings>Advanced>Alternate MAC>Clear then it will want to restart. that seems to do wonders for me. Hope it helps.
