Achievement problems. (PLEASE READ.)

As of the past 2 weeks or so, I haven't been able to unlock any achievements in any of my games, (most notable the ones I've been playing as of recent: Assassins creed IV, Forza 6, Rocket league). And achievements will not pop when I accomplish the required
criteria to obtain them.

One incident Is that I was going for an achievement in forza 6 to go over 250 mph in any car (which I've done at least half a dozen times) and the achievement never popped. that was 2 weeks ago. I then got frustrated and changed over to assassins creed origins
to get one last achievement, which was sell 100 trinkets at once. I did this and got the achievement no problem. Since, that was the last achievement I've been able to obtain, no other achievement will pop despite me doing everything correctly.

A second incident is rocket league; There is an achievement to score your first goal. I've scored almost 70 total goals and that achievement has yet to pop. there are also several other very easy to get achievements in that game that just wont unlock for
me no matter how many times I've done them.

I've waited the required 24-72 hour "wait time" for them to sync up but they never do. I've tried UN-adding- then re-adding my account, but that doesn't work. I've even tried resetting my Xbox and that still proves fruitless. Im running out both patience
and ideas on what to do, please, if anybody knows whats going on/how to solve it I would very much appreciate it!

Glitched Achievement. Please Read.

Today my friends and I were working on the "I've Seen It All" achievement since we all knew what map and game mode we needed for the achievement. We played the right map and right game mode and after everyone got the achievement besides me. I was puzzled
because we only ever play when we are together so we all should have gotten it at the same time. So i look to see if maybe I was just not notified that I got the achievement. So I go to my notifications and there is nothing. Then I go to look at the achievements
on the achievements app... this is when it gets interesting. I go to Titanfall and it says I have 33 Achievements and I am sitting at 950/1000 gamerscore. I look closer and it shows that I have in fact unlocked the "I've Seen It All" achievement when everyone
else did. I did not get a notification. Problem is I should have 975/1000 gamerscore for Titanfall because I am only missing the "Pull Harder" achievement now. Instead I am sitting at 950/1000 like it never happened even though it shows that I have it unlocked.
So I never got credit for getting the "I've Seen It All" achievement even though I "Unlocked It". I am not mad or anything but I just want to know if this is a known issue? I tried doing a hard reset because that is the only thing I can think of that may fix
this. Any ideas? Has this happened to anyone else?
