Achievement Problem

So just a little context to the problem I'm having:

Back in April my wife and I sold our house and moved back to my original (and smaller) starter house so we could fix it up and eventually sell it. So we decided in order to save money and focus our efforts, we decided against getting the internet hooked up.
I'm a big Destiny player and she likes watching Netflix. I also play other games including the Assassin's Creed series. So, when we moved I only had the Cockade and Chest achievements left as well as the DLC for Unity to do and hadn't started Syndicate yet.
So I figured since I don't need to be on Live to play these games it would be the perfect time to finish them off by playing about an hour before I go to bed each night.

I finished searching out all of the Cockades and Treasure Chests for Unity and did the DLC and then started Syndicate and got to about sequence 4. I took my Xbox over to a buddy of mine's house to play Destiny one night and a bunch of Syndicate achievements
unlocked but none of the Unity ones did... Odd.

So, a week passes and I played a bit more Syndicate and then go back to my friends house again and booted up Unity hoping those achievements would unlock. None did and neither did any of the new Syndicate ones did either.

The other day I finished Syndicate and probably had all of the requirements for all of the achievements done. I set my phone up as a Hotspot and logged into Live to see if any of the achievements would unlock. They didn't and I signed into Syndicate and to
my dismay, my saved data was only at like 58 percent and back at sequence 6.

I'm guessing somehow the Live servers overwrote my local save when I signed in. Is there anyway to recover to lost data and achievements?

Achievement problems

I have done all of the troubleshooting procedures and its still not giving me the achievement that I have completed. I beat halo 2 legendary 2 years ago and it never gave me the achievement, i need it for the armour unlocks in halo 5, I got disconnected twice while troubleshooting and just want this to be done with. CS couldnt provide me with a solution and told me to post on here.

Edit : I have recently unlocked it by replaying halo 2 on easy and getting all the par times

Mordor Achievement Problems

Apparently lots of people are having trouble with achievements in multiple games today. A possible cause is that servers are overloaded with people trying to play Halo online and the new owners buying new consoles. Your achievements will pop out eventually.

I'm sorry to hear that has happened. Unfortunately there is no way I know of that could fix the problem and recover the lost achievements. Sorry!

Waaaaay late post. Looking for other info and saw this unanswered. But for Top Team, make sure you fully ranked up a team in-game to level 20 and not on the app. Then go to into multiplayer and select character prestige from the menus on the right. This
will cause the achievement to pop in most cases, and it is the way I had to obtain it.

I've had this problem with achievements on titanfall and outlast, both said ive completed them 100% but I didn't get them unlocked or get the gamer score. My titanfall achievement has also been reset to 0% now too.

Same here collected all the war diaries, finished all the optional objectives and got all collectible cards in sniper elite 3 and nothing didn't get the achievements for them.
