    There's not much else I can suggest.

    Normally what has happened to you is the result of a Gamerscore reset but as you have all the time/date stamps on your profile i'm not sure if that's the case.

    All I can do is pm an official support staff member & see if they can take a look for you.

    Ok,I've spoken to an official support staff member who in turn has spoken to the enforcement team & they want you to post here

    forums.xbox.com/.../4276.aspx     & ask if you have had a Gamerscore reset.

    Post back here when you hear something if you could.

    OK nothing bro they this has become an absolute joke I post where you tell me.to post then it gets deleted and tells me to post somewhere else which needs to be approved by a moderated who then in turn deletes an sends me somewhere to submit a case review
    which I can't cause I don't have one only to end up back at the enforcement page to post have I had a gamerscore reset

    It's says I've got a perfect score and I no longer have a 360 to check the serial I don't due modding I played a gang of bad Disney and movie games to get that score

    All of the games are shown on my profile why are they all saying 0/1000 and when the backwards compatibility started alot of the games I purchased started downloading I just don't understand why my score didn't move with it its the same profile
