Achievement points did not transfer from 360 to xbox 1

So when I went from the 360 to Xbox 1 I changed my gamer tag from jeizze to and all of my games transferred over but none of them had achievements with them they all say 0/1000 I've spoken support and was referred here

So does that mean i cant transfer my 360 gamertag to my xbox one and keep my achievements and gamerscore from the 360 profile?

Silver on 360 will transfer points and achievements over etc to One then they will get gold rights under your primary gold One account.

Achievements don't transfer over when you move to Xbox One actually but you get to keep your Gamerscore.

You can earn the achievements again if you want on the same game and in a way, you can boost your gamerscore that way.

But my gamerscore is only 5300 I was almost at 100k and I don't have any of those games anymore

 

All of the games are shown on my profile why are they all saying 0/1000 and when the backwards compatibility started alot of the games I purchased started downloading I just don't understand why my score didn't move with it its the same profile

 

It's possible you've had a Gamerscore reset due to a modded Gamerscore.

Is there anyway you could try & re earn one of your lost 360 achievements to see if it will unlock?

 

It's says I've got a perfect score and I no longer have a 360 to check the serial I don't due modding I played a gang of bad Disney and movie games to get that score

 

Try & re earn a lost achievement via a backwards compatible game if you can

 

In tried with golden axe and did the level 4 magic with the barbarian and it didn't work but it has the dates that I unlocked the achievements originally

 

I see you have the time stamps etc. so you have not been reset.

How long ago did you change your tag & where did you change it?

 

I bought in January of this year and I changed it during the setup

 

When did the gamescore disappear ?

To be honest i'm a bit stumped,i assume you've deleted your profile & re downloaded it?

 

They guy from support I talked to had me delete it and re-download while trouble shooting and I didn't really notice until all.of my old games started downloading after the backwards compatibility started

 

So is there anything I can do or am I just stuck like chuck
