Achievement Pin cannot be canceled.

After the latest update, I can't unpin achievement at the home screen.

When I select pin to home screen and then cancel it, the icon is gone. But if open any other apps or games, it appears again.

Only achievement has this problem and the others remain normal.

Please help.

how to delete account

Accounts cannot be deleted once they are created. Gold accounts can be canceled but the still exist as silver accounts.

Sorry to hear that you cannot unpin the achievement app from your home screen, try unpinning the app then hardresetting the xbox one by holding down on the power button for 8 to 10 seconds and then open an app to see if it reappears.

I tried rebooting and hardresetting but the achievement app still appears. Since my friends also have this problem, I think I need to wait for the next update to solve it.

My other account can pin and unpin any apps from the home screen, is my main account stuck or what? Very strange...

 

Update: Restore Factory Defaults also can't solve this problem, now I believe there is something wrong with my Live account, really don't know what I should do now...

 

Having the same issue. The achievement pin can not be unpinned or moved to the front of the list. Help!

 

Hey guys, I had the same problem, NXOE is still a bit buggy. If you have a smartphone, get the Xbox One smartglass app because you can unpin it from there. Hope I helped
