achievement on xbox one

Discus and support achievement on xbox one in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i have a problem with my achievemenets. every time i look into my list it says that i don't have played any games but gamerscore still keeps counting....     i have a problem with my achievemenets.

    every time i look into my list it says that i don't have played any games but gamerscore still keeps counting. does anyone know what the problem is?

    Sponsored achievements, Day One achievements, TV viewing achievements. On their face these ideas sound so bad that one would think they are nothing but one big joke. I truly hope they are.

    Could be a connection issue with live, I recommend running a network test to see if social is effected and refreshing your game hub or achievement app. You can always check the smart glass app as well.

    I have the same problem. Can't view the acievements in my profile on Xbox One menu, but the points still there and i can see the achievements in the site.

    Also, in my home page on the account.xbox.com, there is any game played in my 'recently played games' page, as if i not playing nothing NEVER. Can anyone help me? Sorry about my poor english (i'm from Brazil).

    In time: i have tried to reset the xbox one, have removed my account and put it back again and nothing seems to work.

    XBox "Day One" achievement not showing

    Hi Wraith;

    The "Day One" achievement (and all of the Xbox One achievements for that matter) don't currently show up anywhere but on the Xbox One and the Xbox One Smart Glass app. I assure you that once you log into your Xbox One and connect online with it, the achievement
    will pop on that console and you'll see it in your achievement list there.

    My xbox series x/s achievements are showing up as xbox one achievements on xbox.com ?

    Achievements unlocked while playing on a series S/X aren't separate,they're just the same as xbox one achievements.

    It's not like the xbox 360 & xbox one where the achievement system was made slightly different,the xbox one & series consoles use the same achievement system.

    Hey there Dirrty!

    Awesome news, It looks like your Day One Achievement has been unlocked! I was able to verify this from an Xbox One console. When you get a chance, check on your Xbox One console in the Achievements app. You should see the achievement under Xbox One
    Achievements. Let us know if you are unable to see the achievement, thanks!
