Achievement notifications not working while in-game

    Achievement don't unlock

    my achievement system's not working, when i do the achievement there's no notification and they don't unlock.

    Achievement notification not working

    I got an achievement for life is weird game yesterday and the notification popped. Microsoft has to do nothing because its working properly. Maybe if your in this Preview Program it may happen. Try hard resetting your console.

    Is this happening in all games you play or just one? What troubleshooting steps have you tried to do to fix it? Are the Achievements unlocking at all when you check?

    No longer getting Game Bar notifications

    For the first time in a while Ive had notifications for achievement and rewards - I havent changed anything and it wasnt working earlier - but it was just the once - not working again now

    same for me.

    just got an achievement and reward notification while playing unpacking via gamepass ultimate on my pc

    never received any notifications for that game before today despite earning achievements.

    havent changed a single thing on my pc.

    did notice that gamebar updated overnight.

    seems its a very buggy piece of software. definitely needs some work

    I think the notification pop- up problem is fixed because a while ago today, I play Zheroes and unlocked two achievements and I got the pop up notification. I though it was a fluke at first so I turn off my Xbox One and waited for an hour. After an hour
    pasted, I started playing NS4 and I unlocked eight achievements with pop up notifications.

    I don't know if this fix permanent or It just working today or it just working for my Xbox One, but think the problem with notification is finally over (until the next title update).

    I haven't tried opening achievement or message notifications during a game in ages for exactly the reason you stated. I use TA website to check achievements while playing and messages can wait.
