    Achievement NOT unlocking


    I have an issue with 1 Achievement: Alien Isolation - I admire Its Purity, u scan 30 different Tagets in about 15 MISSIONS, simple, its at 100 % when looking at a snapped Achievement APP says "Done! Unlocking... " It has said this FOR A MONTH, i hard reset
    the xbox, i deleted profile, reinstalled it, I Deleted Game and Reinstalled it... I even did all 3 where hard reset was last, I went through the game acting like i needed to do it again..... NOTHING

    I have contacted customer support multiple times, they say i did everything im supposed to, they have said then its either their fault or segas... they say wait 72 hours, then 1 week then 2 weeks, ITS BEEN A MONTH. Sega only responds by email and they say
    the achievements are on xbox it unlocking is on their end xbox said they lie... I dont know whats wrong but its an easy achievement AND ITS BEEN A MONTH!!!! there HAS to be a Branch of the company to handle this.... or WHEN IS THE NEXT PATCH i mean XBOX UPDATE,
    so i can get the update and hope it fixes then... ???

    New achieves a bit... buggy?

    The new achievements are only achievable on the maps that are in the description. The three new achievements with Defiant in the description are only achievable on Defiant maps and any with Anniversary in the description are only achievable on the new maps.

    I am an achievement hunter and yes I do agree that some achievements have become obsolete or inactive. But I have never really come across a broken achievement. Just for reference can you provide some examples.
    I posted these as a reply to one of comments but if you like more I could go through my list of game and pull a few more out.

    The Solus Project: 1 broken achievement.

    Cobalt : 1 broken achievement

    Warhammer: Chaosbane: 2 broken achievements

    Generation Zero: 1 broken achievement

    Unbox: Newbie's Adventure: 1 broken achievement.

    2Dark: 1 broken achievement

    Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night: 1 broken achievement

    Mighty No. 9: 1 broken achievement

    Rad Rodgers: 1 broken achievement

    the point of an achievement is to indicate that you've achieved something. If you can get hat achievement without achieving it, what's the point? You gotta earn things, kids!
