    ACHIEVEMENT NOT UNLOCKING


    Hello everyone,

    My gamertag is , and i am here AGAIN in need of some help.

    I am an achievement hunter, and try the best possible to get 100% in all games i play.

    I am having some issues in the game called "Tomb Raider Definitive Edition" for xbox one, as the achievement called "i am awesome" is not unlocking.

    I meet the requirements for the achievement for sure at least 3 times, beeing the last one at 15/01/2017 around 3 AM, the others attempts were in december.

    Evidence:

    ACHIEVEMENT NOT UNLOCKING [​IMG]

    As the in game status show, i allready won all the ranked matches and meet the requirements for the achievement, but so far not popping unfortunatly.

    I also did all the recommended tips from support like:

    a) Checked my status on Trueachievements;

    b) Ensured that i was connected to xbox live;

    c) Waited for 72 hours (more than six months now);

    d) Removed my account from my xbox one console, several times;

    e) Power cycle my xbox one console several times.

    f) Downloaded my account for my xbox one console several times also;

    e) Took the Survey MANY TIMES;

    AND NOTHING!

    A friend that played with me in the same day, same time, same matches, won the achievement without any concern.

    I also sended first a support ticket for square enix, and they told me that they cannot do anything about the achievement, and asked me to contact you.

    I am very dissapointed with the situation, and i am here asking for your help AGAIN. And seems that nothing is really done!

    Hey there!

    Really sorry to hear the frustrations with this. So long as your submitted a survey you shouldn't need to worry about this. It can take a bit of time but be sure to keep an eye out.

    I really appreciate your time and attention.

    Isnt there any other option of help that i can get? any other support contact option?

    I took the survey more than 6 months ago (the first time), and in several other occasions regarding this topic... and did not get any feedback...

    Any idea of how long usually the survey do any result?

    New achieves a bit... buggy?

    The new achievements are only achievable on the maps that are in the description. The three new achievements with Defiant in the description are only achievable on Defiant maps and any with Anniversary in the description are only achievable on the new maps.

    I am an achievement hunter and yes I do agree that some achievements have become obsolete or inactive. But I have never really come across a broken achievement. Just for reference can you provide some examples.
    I posted these as a reply to one of comments but if you like more I could go through my list of game and pull a few more out.

    The Solus Project: 1 broken achievement.

    Cobalt : 1 broken achievement

    Warhammer: Chaosbane: 2 broken achievements

    Generation Zero: 1 broken achievement

    Unbox: Newbie's Adventure: 1 broken achievement.

    2Dark: 1 broken achievement

    Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night: 1 broken achievement

    Mighty No. 9: 1 broken achievement

    Rad Rodgers: 1 broken achievement

    the point of an achievement is to indicate that you've achieved something. If you can get hat achievement without achieving it, what's the point? You gotta earn things, kids!
