Achievement not unlocking properly

i have an achievement called Their Own Medicine which is on Battlefield Hardline that is not unlocking properly. i have completed the action to get the achievement a few time and it still does not unlock. All it says beside the achievement is Done! Unlocking...
Can anyone help me solve this problem?

If it has been 2 weeks since you have had the issue, then I'd suggest contacting Xbox Support directly, and get the issue resolved, as we have no access to account side information here.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue, but thank you for bringing it to our attention! I know it's not ideal, but my first suggestion, even though you may have performed this already in the past, is to try and re-earn this particular "Their Own Medicine"

If you've tried to gain the achievement again without any difference, here are some other troubleshooting steps to try in the meantime to try and get the achievement to fully pop.

• Delete your save data from your console only and launch the game again.
  
• Try gaining this achievement on a different Xbox One console, if you have access to one.
