ACHIEVEMENT NOT UNLOCKING. 1 YEAR WAITING FOR SUPPORT. NOTHING DONE SO FAR! THIRD POST, SAME ...

Hello everyone,

My gamertag is , and i am in need of some help.

THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I AM SEARCHING FOR SUPPORT, AND SO FAR NOTHING... MORE THAN ONE YEAR WAITING AND NOTHING.

THE TOPICS ARE FOR THE SAME PROBLEM, AND I KEEP WAITING FOR SOLUTION... SO FAR NOTHING...



I am an achievement hunter, and try the best possible to get 100% in all games i play.

I am having some issues in the game called "Tomb Raider Definitive Edition" for xbox one, as the achievement called "i am awesome" is not unlocking.

I meet the requirements for the achievement for sure at least 3 times, beeing the last one at 15/01/2017 around 3 AM, the others attempts were in december.

The above photo shows that i did all the necessary progress for the achievement to unlock but so far nothing...

I also did all the recommended tips from support like removing profile and reinstalling it, removing the game from console, power button and reseting the xbox one console, waited many days, etc.

i tooked the survey at least 10 times... None answer, no feedback, no solution, nothing!!!

A friend that played with me in the same day, same time, same matches, won the achievement without any concern.

I sended first a support ticket for square enix, and they told me that they cannot do anything about the achievement, and asked me to contact you.

As the in game status show, i allready won all the ranked matches and meet the requirements for the achievement, but so far not popping unfortunatly.

I am very dissapointed with the situation, and i am here asking for your help.

I can not play the ¨free games¨with gold

Same problem nothing for solution.

They say nothing but waiting 1 day, hours and nothing.

when they will give a real solution

 

Unobtainable achievements

On top of the problem with 1-2-1 and 1-2-2-1, I haven't played the WP version, but neither will unlock for me. Done it numerous times, but nothing is popping.

Still waiting for support. There is no answer in the link you sended me, except for players looking for boosting partners.

As you can see, i allready done all the matchs for the achievement, its a question of not unlocking.

I really do not believe that support will send me to read a forum or something like that. More than 1 year waiting and that is the answer? This must be joke!

Its a problem, all the support "tips", foruns, quotes, survey, etc are all done. Long time done. Its time for a solution.

how much tries did u do for the achievement to unlock ? maybe u need to safe at some point where u can unlock it and if it does not work reload your last save try 15 times if it still does not work than its some problem at the end of the devolopers microsoft
can do nuthin in this situation.

wow did look at the achievements if that is multiplayer than yeah its so much hopeless

 

I tried more than 15 times so far. Tried also with diferent teammates, and they all got the achievement.
