    Hy i contact MS support via phone but they said they cant do anything, they told me to report the problem here because they cant see my profil and what did you mean with 18004myxbox(18004699269)? thanks michael

    If you haven't already done so. I would suggest that you report the problem threw the console.

    You can do this by downloading the 'Xbox Insider Hub'. The following link will explain how you go about using the 'Report
    a problem    ' tool.
