Achievement List on XBL Problem

Hy...i have a Problem with my Achievement List on XBL.

I started the Game Ruiner on Xbox after they added new Achievements and 500GS more (Max is 33Achievements 1500 GS )

i completed the Game but My list says 120% instead of 100% when i go to game hub on that Game it Shows 1795/1500 GS and 45 out of 33 Achievements (12 Achievements more)...first i thought ist only a sync Problem with the xbl Servers or something, but some
other Players have the same Problem...

The next days i started some Games and i complete every game got all Achievements but My list says something different, for example the Game ACA NEOGEO RIDING HERO i have 12/12 Achievements 1000 GS but My list says i have only 820GS 10 Achievements 82% completion...and
thats not the only game Minecraft WP, Samsara, Disney Rush...

i think xbl thinks i have 12 Achievements more from Ruiner and now they did not Count the other Achievements from the other games...i have no idea what to do, they only have to scan it Right....

Have you tried to redownload your profile? It could be the system update. It might affect random users.

Yes i delete my Profile from X1 and redownload it back and tried it different consoles

 

Yes i did everything...in this link its the solution if the achievement or challenges did not unlock correct but in my case i have unlocked every Achievement in that game but it displayed more Achievement that normal 45/33 i have no idea why this happend
a friend on my list have the same problem 1525/1500 GS 34/33 Achievements.

 

delete cache and check again

 

did it several times ( Hold button 10sec.) incl. putting out the cable for 5 min...and i did on other consoles aswell. I did a factory reset but no luck.

 

I had a similar issue and the only thing that worked was a soft reset of my console

 

What did you mean with a soft Reset, deleting Cache? i did it a few times and a factory system reset.

 

So it did every solution many times but it doesnt fix my problem i spend so many Time and money in my XBL account and when i need help MS doent care about it? thats not fair i dont know but i think there is a way to scan my profile
so that the servers know how many Achievements i unlocked and fix the list. Nice WE

Hello CLARION 85, you need to get in contact with an official Xbox Support agent via phone at 18004myxbox(18004699269) so the agent can pull up your account and investigate.

 

If you haven't already done so. I would suggest that you report the problem threw the console.
