Achievement list not updating with new games

Why has this not been sorted yet? Becoming a bit of a joke tbh. Can't see my recent games on my achievement list been like this for a month.

Yeah it's been over a month that this issue has been for me. And yes too all the suggestions

- I've power cycled the system.

- I've deleted and redownload the profile

- I've tested other accounts on my Xbox (they work fine)

Hey there OP,

Typically achievement issues are related to a profile syncing problem. This can easily be resolved by deleting and re downloading your profile. If this doesn't help please let us know and we can work from there

It’s incredibly frustrating at this point. Numerous support calls/chats all telling me the same 3-4 steps, no escelation or acknowledgement. Xbox Support on Twitter is ignoring numerous questions on it (including mine).

So many of us have faced this issue since the end of July. Impacts all Xbox One games with no clear reason why.

I guess the answer is just to spam these walls (and others) until someone notices?

Hi,

Achievements can be bugged and it can vary for each game, you can get all achievements for one game and other there could be bugged ones.

The best solution is too keep loading up the save every now and then because that can trigger the notification.

 

So mine started working again, any luck with yours?

Its not retroactive, but now any game I play gets added!
