Achievement List Not Updating Correctly

Hello,

Over the last few days I have played a bunch of different games and have earned achievements in them. Oddly enough, the Recently Played list in my account is not reflecting any newly installed games and or achievements earned in those titles. However, if
you look at my account you will see that I have earned achievements in those games since the earned achievement shows in the Feed. If I had the game installed PRIOR to the issue recently experienced by MS on July 31st (that was related to achievements) the
achievement will show unlocked correctly.

Again, if a game has been recently installed (such as Warframe or Elder Scrolls Online - in my case) those games do NOT show on my recently played list and I cannot see them in the achievements list, but again you can see that I have earned the achievements
by seeing them in my feed.

I would greatly appreciate this issue being looked into and resolved. I have searched the internet and have seen other gamers report similiar issues.

Achievements/Gamerscore won't update

For the last two days my achievements have not been displaying correctly. The notification will pop, and when I look at individual game lists, the achievements show correctly. They also show correctly if I'm looking at the recent achievements on the social
tab of my 360. However, my achievement totals and Gamerscore have not been updating on my achievement list when I hit the Xbox Guide button (example, the achievement list says 4/58 in Halo Wars, but when I open the Halo Wars achievement list from there it
shows the correct number 8/58), and my games page will not display correctly on the site. SmartGlass and Xbox One are also not updating my achievement lists. I have earned achievements both on Windows 8 and 360 and neither will update properly. I contacted
support via Twitter and at their advice I cleared my cache approximately 24 hours ago, but that has not solved the issue. I have not checked if Xbox One achievements are having the same issue.

 

Achievements not updating correctly

I'm seeing 33130 now on my screen. I think yesterday for all was a bit buggy, nothing to worry about. Can you confirm all is well now?

 

Oh and before I am told to try the known ways to fix achievement issues, I have. Hard reset, removal of account and re-add etc. Nothing. This is clearly and issue on MS's side. You can verify everything by simply looking at my account
on Live. Check my feed, you will see games I have earned achievements in while if you compare that to my games list, they do not show up.

I checked your profile and based on your report, this probaly really is an issue on your Xbox live profile.

DM they with your Gamertag and the steps you have gone through.

Thanks everyone. I tried everything. I even contacted support. They told me to try the Hard Reset. Still no go. My achievements list is still not showing new games etc.

Microsoft needs to get this fixed. I am even seeing other threads now reporting the same issue starting around the same time frame. WTF MS.

 

I am having the same exact issue! I have contacted support several times and have had no resolution. Backwards compatible 360 games are working as normal though, same for you?

 

This is also happening to me. Contacted support and they said it might be resolved by the end of the month, which doesn't give me a lot of confidence. 360 games update just fine.
