Achievement list error

AngelObullets - it's not an issue of the phone synching, the phone, my xbox and xbox.com all have the same issue.

I and a few others have exact same problem with Fragger. It has never resolved and I got no proper help here. I show 18/20 and 170/200 on Fragger yet 20/20 are unlocked and time-stamped on all devices once you look at achievement list. It is like Xbox.com
cannot scan and add properly even though it sees the individual achievements. Recently, same thing has happened in Disney Infinity on my tablet. I even get a tablet dashboard 100% completion congratulations however game does not completely update. it has totalled
10/11 and 180/200 but again in achievement list, all are unlocked in correct order with proper date and times.

 

I have the exact problem, the only way to fix this is if you still have some achievements, it fix when you unlock one, if your game is complete there is no way to fix this and the support has always does not have a clue about how to fix the problem.

I have the same problem with the game Amazing Alex. it shows 9/10 on my phone, 360 and xbox.com but when you click on the game it shows all achievements unlocked. on TrueAchievements.com the game shows 10/10 and is recognized as complete which is odd because
I think they get their info from xbox.com. im pretty sure that judging from this thread it doesn't look like we will be getting any help.

im wondering if this may be caused by the last 2 achievements popping at the same time. it may be worth trying to avoid that on future games

As I'm looking at xbox.com, I'm seeing that both of your Gamerscores seem to be corrected! Please let us know if you're seeing the same thing.

Just to break it down:

DeviSlator - your Gamerscore on for the game Carcassonne seems to be correct.

AdrenalineFiend - your Gamerscore for the game Fragger and Toy Box seems to be correct.

thank you Miss Diggz, I just noticed that my GS for this game has been fixed. I know most people don't care but I am a bit obsessed with completion and this was driving me batty. thanks again for helping to get this resolved

Hello everybody,

now i have the same error.. got my last achievement for fifa 15 Ultimate Win8 yesterday.

It seems that there is some error in my achievement list.

It is showing 19/20 achievements on the list but when you go in to the game it shows all are unlocked.

Thats on my wp / xbox.com / win8 game hub.

i get another achievement today on win8 and it shows correct. Hope that the last fifa achievement will be synced too.

Any tips to fix this?

I'm sorry to hear about the achievement issue you've been experiencing. I checked your achievement profile on Xbox.com and did notice that you unlocked 20 achievements but it's not showing a 100% completion status. So, thank you for sending along the details.

What I would suggest as a first step is to wait a full 48 hours from the last time you unlocked an achievement…which would be the final achievement in this case. If after 48 hours you're still seeing this issue, please post back and let us know!
