Achievement list error

Hi,

I have recently unlocked all of the achievements in the game Carcassonne for the Windows Phone. However, it seems that there is some error in my achievement list.

It is showing 19/20 achievements on the list but when you go in to the game it shows all are unlocked.

When I have taken part in 6 player games for the 'best of the best' achievement it seems to have advanced my in-game 'games played' counter 6 instead of 1. This caused the 'Duke of Carcassonne' achievement to pop early. Could this have something to do with
it?

How can I get this corrected?

Hey there, out of curiosity is the achievement unlocked on Xbox.com?

If you haven't checked, I would check that asap as when you download your profile on a device it takes your most current information from xbox.com, so if you achievement is showing as unlocked on xbox.com I would say that it has definitely unlocked and you
may want to delete the profile off the phone and add it again and see if it's corrected.

I had a read and there is a known glitch to increase your games count so I don't think that would have had any affect on it not showing properly as I've had many achievements unlocked early.

 

It is unlocked on xbox.com. I have all of the achievements unlocked when you drill down but from the list view it says 195G 19/20 achievements.

This isn't an error of the phone synching with xbox.com as the same error is viewed from online or my xbox.

I just want to clarify that the time/date was not manually changed before you unlocked this achievement for any reason. Does that happen to be the case here or was the time/date accurate to the actual time/date in your region when you unlocked this achievement.

I hadn't edited the time/date. The last three achievements all popped at once

 

A week since my last post and over a month since I first asked the question. Is this ever gonna get resolved?

 

I have seen similar issues (with other games) posted online. What seemed to resolve this for them was to launch the Games and/or Xbox Extras app then go to the Achievements section and have it refresh/update. I can't say whether or not this will help here,
but it's worth a shot.

 

Nope, no change. I've seen that solution for when achievements aren't unlocking. The achievements are all unlocked but the problem is in the list view saying 19/20. :-(

 

i have had this issue before, How i got this fixed was using the smart glass while the xbox and the phone was on the same internet. if you notice i had some achievements for mirrors edge 360 and phone edition, that is why i had this issue. And using this
smart glass app is how i fixed it so you can try that see if that works to get them both sync with each other on the same account.

 

I have the same problem but with Assassin's Creed Altair Chronicles, it shows I have all achievements but says 18 of 19 despite having them all, it hasn't given me the gamerscore either. I even have a time stamp for the achievement.
