Achievement leaderboards not updating

Can you fix this issue, Microsoft? There are people, like me, who are still experiencing these problems. I've had this for 5-6 days now, and having contacted your support services via Twitter, made numerous posts on Xbox.com, and more recently contacted
your phone support who promised to call back but didn't. This issue is still very much present and still affecting some of your customers.

It would be nice having made contact with your support services, to be given the help necessary to remedy the problem. But failing that, it would be nice to have some acknowledgement that the problem is being looked into and being fixed. I've had neither.


Absolutely terrible customer service.

 

Been having this same problem for the last couple weeks. Achievements are unlocking fine but simply don't get added to the Leaderboard or Activity Feed. Tried going offline, then back online. Also tried doing a restart through the system settings. No fix
to the issue yet.

While this isn't a problem that breaks the system for me it does diminish the social aspect of it. (And I really love rubbing my gamerscore and newly unlocked achievements in my friend's faces.)

 

I have the same problem, too. The achievements don't get added to the Gamerscore Leaderboard or Feed.

 

And the Gamerscore is +325 instead of +2160 on the Leaderboard.
