Achievement issues

Ive been contacting Xbox support online for the past 4 weeks since the 13/03/18 when episode 5 of batman the enemy within came out due to the last achievement not popping through, its been delayed since and the games complete!

ive been speaking to lots of advisers, few says you had system issues bare with it for now. Then someone else would tell me they know nothing about it. Only today someone has told me to contact the developer of the enemy within and recons its the game but
im extremely annoyed at how ive been treated the past 4 weeks by your staff because barely anyone was aware of issues and just telling me to do unnecessary things ive already did which was making me annoyed, more so because they were getting me to repeat what
ive did with previous advisers! Some advisers says they have spoke to many customers with the same issue which made me rather confused as ive been getting mixed communication!

Please help me resolve this issue and make my life stress free, ive contacted telltale as well so ive did my part but just unhappy with the service ive received by your staff. I hope too hear back from you soon. Thank you

Ryse Achievements not unlocking

Live was having some connection issues the thing with achievement is if live is having issues you cannot unlock x1 achievements.
The achievement community was groining about this yesterday as nothing was unlocking

achievements stuck in Halo MCC

I had the same issue with an achievement last night, but in a different game. I did not get the first achievement in Stick of Truth. Not sure how to fix the issue.

In our response to you, the green words are a link. The survey is at the bottom of the links post. Keep in mind, this will only make the team aware of the issue. There will be no follow up, we periodically logging into the game to see if the achievement

Seen this quite a bit lately.

It's not a Gamerscore reset.For some reason a few people have had some of their Gamerscore disappear but it has returned a few days later.

You can try removing your profile & re downloading it to see if that helps but if not & your Gamerscore hasn't corrected itself after a few days then post back.

Update: the issue has been resolved. I'm not not sure if it happened on its own, or someone fixed it. So, thank you if you did.

I am having problems with Ilomilo (WP). I unlocked two early achievements during a time where it was rumored xbox was down due to ddos.

Game: Ilomilo

Platform: Windows Phone

Name of Achievement(s): "gaining ground" (get to chapter 1) and "move on" (complete 6 levels on ch 1)

Unlocked on: I believe it was unlocked on 2/17/15 or 2/18/15

Troubleshooting Steps: I received the indication that the achievement was unlocked on my phone but it never synced with xbox.com. I went through and finished the later level achievements hoping that would force it to sync but that never happened. I also
tried deleting the game from my phone and reinstalling. I was able to re-earn the achievement but it still did not sync.
