Achievement Issue

I've recently come across a weird issue that even seems to have the support staff baffled. I recently bought 4 games 2 being the Return to Arkham boxset, I installed and played them through and in game it says I'm x% completed and via my achievements tab
on dashboard it says how long I've been playing them, but NONE of the achievements have unlocked and my gamerscore for the games is still 0.

Has anyone come across this issue ever?

Phoned xbox support and they are confused.

I've factory reset and readded my account and nothing seems to be working, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ryse Achievements not unlocking

Live was having some connection issues the thing with achievement is if live is having issues you cannot unlock x1 achievements.
The achievement community was groining about this yesterday as nothing was unlocking

achievements stuck in Halo MCC

I had the same issue with an achievement last night, but in a different game. I did not get the first achievement in Stick of Truth. Not sure how to fix the issue.

Sorry to see any achievement issues with the Batman games! I see on
your profile that you've unlocked several achievements recently in those games. Sometimes achievements can be delayed in unlocking, especially if they are showing as "Done! Unlocking...". The only thing that will resolve this is time.

If you need any assistance with achievements in the future, you will want to follow the steps in our

Achievement Sticky. This holds all of the troubleshooting needed to resolve achievement issues; however, if those don't work out for you, there is a survey at the bottom that you can submit your issue through. This survey is sent to the team that looks
into big picture issues with achievements. Note that this will not resolve individual achievement issues, but will help immensely with tracking any larger issues with the achievement system.

We are unable to assist further with achievement issues. Because of this, the thread will be locked. Be sure to use the sticky above for further achievement issues, and do post up a new detailed thread if you run into any other Xbox related support issues.

Seen this quite a bit lately.

It's not a Gamerscore reset.For some reason a few people have had some of their Gamerscore disappear but it has returned a few days later.

You can try removing your profile & re downloading it to see if that helps but if not & your Gamerscore hasn't corrected itself after a few days then post back.

Update: the issue has been resolved. I'm not not sure if it happened on its own, or someone fixed it. So, thank you if you did.

I am having problems with Ilomilo (WP). I unlocked two early achievements during a time where it was rumored xbox was down due to ddos.

Game: Ilomilo

Platform: Windows Phone

Name of Achievement(s): "gaining ground" (get to chapter 1) and "move on" (complete 6 levels on ch 1)

Unlocked on: I believe it was unlocked on 2/17/15 or 2/18/15

Troubleshooting Steps: I received the indication that the achievement was unlocked on my phone but it never synced with xbox.com. I went through and finished the later level achievements hoping that would force it to sync but that never happened. I also
tried deleting the game from my phone and reinstalling. I was able to re-earn the achievement but it still did not sync.
