    Achievement issue


    Hello.

    I would like to contact a higher agent level in Microsoft for this problem since other employees can't help my specific question.

    I had this bug where my xbox achievements are stuck in one place and won't move.

    My console has a good internet and has no problems.

    Im asking, if i delete any of the games that have bugged achievements will it be fixed?

    I've tried

    Resetting my console

    Hard reset

    Alternative mac adress

    Remove and add account

    Go offline, restart and then go online

    And so far none of these help.

    I've watched youtube videos of how an achievement should be made properly and followed everything to try and see if my achievements are actually stuck or not for real, and they are.

    Achievement Issue

    Seen this quite a bit lately.

    It's not a Gamerscore reset.For some reason a few people have had some of their Gamerscore disappear but it has returned a few days later.

    You can try removing your profile & re downloading it to see if that helps but if not & your Gamerscore hasn't corrected itself after a few days then post back.

    I am having problems with Ilomilo (WP). I unlocked two early achievements during a time where it was rumored xbox was down due to ddos.

    Game: Ilomilo

    Platform: Windows Phone

    Name of Achievement(s): "gaining ground" (get to chapter 1) and "move on" (complete 6 levels on ch 1)

    Unlocked on: I believe it was unlocked on 2/17/15 or 2/18/15

    Troubleshooting Steps: I received the indication that the achievement was unlocked on my phone but it never synced with xbox.com. I went through and finished the later level achievements hoping that would force it to sync but that never happened. I also
    tried deleting the game from my phone and reinstalling. I was able to re-earn the achievement but it still did not sync.

    Upon deleting and redownloading my profile, everything seems to be working fine. It was mentioned in your troubleshooting tips, and saw it on trueachievements.
