Achievement issue

Miss Diggz - I have just seen my profile and not only have the FH2F&F achievements been unlocked, but so has also the final achievement from Tropico 2, which I won last May but never had included in my gamerscore or my "completed games" list! A huge relief
for me, a million thanks!

Hi I've just suffered ths problem today. I've just completed guardian heros and picked up the second to last achievement on teenage mutant ninja turtles arcade 1989, turtle soup they show up on the individual screen but not to yhe achievement count or that
guardians is a completed game. Very miffed player. I have cleared my cache and recovered my gamer tag but nothing's changed. Please help.

a) I tried to rearn this achievement multiple times, on the same and also on an other computer

b) I redownloaded my profile

c) I reinstalled the game several times

d) I deleted my saved game from my winchester, reinstalled the game

e) ... and tried so many other ways.

Other users have the same problem (with different cheevo) in ilomilo plus, there is also a different thread about this issue:

But, sadly no solution.

I think the best way would be: just delete my ilomilo plus save file from the cloud. I can't do it. Who can???

Same issue here , gamer score on 360 and xbox.com different, game Forza Horizon fast and furious is the problem. shows 16/25 achievements complete but when I click into it on the 360 shows 22/25.

On the one the achievements app returns an error to try again later.

No amount of deleting profiles and clearing a cache 3 times will fix this , why 3 times? what will it delete the 3rd time it didn't delete the 1st time???? Needs to be escalated now if so many of us are having the same problem.

Spaceman1809 - Thanks for bringing this to my attention and being detailed in what you're experiencing. I am also seeing that your Gamerscore for both games aren't added up correctly for both

GUARDIAN HEROES and
TMNT 1989 Arcade. To try and resolve this, I would suggest trying these steps below.

1. Sign on with your Gamertag on Xbox.com and view your achievement history for both games -
   
   GUARDIAN HEROES and
   TMNT 1989 Arcade.
2. Then wait at least 3 days while still unlocking multiple other achievements in different games (if possible).
   

If after 3 or more days pass and you're not seeing a difference, please be sure to let me know and we'll go from there. Thanks!

XbAndy360 - I'm sorry to see this is still an issue. However as I stated above, if you've tried the steps I gave you in my last post and they didn’t' do the trick for you, I would suggest creating a brand new thread of your

I did the steps you suggested. I've been playing Lightning Returns FF13 over the past few weeks unlocking about 22 achievements plus more on other games/platforms. I've also checked my CoD 2 achievements on xbox.com occasionally but they still have not
updated. I do want to thank you for looking into this and if you can send it to the proper team, I'd appreciate it. It doesn't seem to want to resolve itself.

I'll start another thread for the Zumba achievement. Thanks for the info.

I'm having a problem with Happy Wars on the xbox one. I unlocked 12 achievements in that game for 235GS but when i go to smartglass or xbox.com it shows i unlocked 7 achievements for 145GS. My gamerscore should have went from 91,440 to 91,675 but instead
it shows right now 91,535 and that is completely wrong. I tried deleting my profile redownload it and hard reset my xbox one but it didn't do the trick. I don't know what other 5 achievements its not reading or the rest of the GS that is also not adding up
to my profile. Please help.

 

I have a similar problem, I unlocked the L.A. 2016

Complete Chapter 1 - L.A. 2016 on any difficulty achievement in Terminator salvation, but the xbox page and 360 achievement list show 0/1000g, though if you click into them, the achievement is shown! Bizarre.

I had a problem back in November 2014 with the games "Asssassin's Creed Rogue" and "Lengendary".

I unlocked 2 achievements for "AC Rogue" the 1st night I played it. I checked later and saw in some menu options on xboxlive that I only unlocked the 1st achievement but could see the icon for both achievements. I then played the game "Legendary" later and
unlocked the 50th achievement in that game. I saw that I unlocked the achievement (meaning that I could see the icon) but did not see an update for my total achievements (it was stuck at 49/50) and total gamerscore (stuck at 955/1000). I then played AC Rogue
the next day and unlocked a 3rd achievement and this seemed to make the console/profile to update properly showing the correct amount of achievements and gamerscore.

I guess a "solution" is to unlock more achievements to get your profile to recognize what you have unlocked. My problem is that I do not have anymore achievements left in "Legendary" to unlock.

I have tried clearing my cache 3x, then erasing profile only, turning off system and router, turning everything back on and recovering my profile but could not get my system to properly update "Legendary".

I am not sure what the problem actually was. Maybe that day xboxlive could not handle new games like AC Rogue and The Halo Master Chief Collection coming out? My issues started around 9pm central time on 11/11/2014 and lasted sometime through the next day.

Does anyone know how to get this fixed?

I'm having a problem with Halo: Spartan Assault on Windows 8 . I unlocked 25 achievements in that game for 250GS but when i go to smartglass or xbox 360, it shows i unlocked 24 achievements for 240GS, cant check the game on xbox.com. I tried deleting my
profile redownload it and hard reset my xbox, but it didn't do the trick. Please help.
