Achievement issue

Having the same issue. But even when I earn new achievements, they do not update my profile.

The number of achievements are also wrong on the Xbox Live Android mobile app. If I try to access the page
account.xbox.com/.../Achievements to list my achievements, I get an error error:

Game: My score isn't update at all when I earn a new achievement, but particularly Sniper Elive V2 (missing one achievement) and FH2: Fast & Furious (missing all achievements)

Platform: Xbox 360

Name of Achievement(s): Several ones, but to cite one: "Bomb Happy" from Sniper Elive V2, which was the first to experience this problem.

Unlocked on: 2015-03-29 (Bomb Happy achievement).

Troubleshooting Steps: Clear cache only. But I do not think it matter, since the mobile app also display the wrong number.

Ryse Achievements not unlocking

Live was having some connection issues the thing with achievement is if live is having issues you cannot unlock x1 achievements.
The achievement community was groining about this yesterday as nothing was unlocking

 

achievements stuck in Halo MCC

I had the same issue with an achievement last night, but in a different game. I did not get the first achievement in Stick of Truth. Not sure how to fix the issue.

 

im starting to think that the issue with Achievements today is either some April fools joke or the Achievements page really is busted

 

I've been having exactly the same issue on the 360, as well as an error message on the Xbox One achievement app saying I cannot view my achievements. I fulfilled the requirements for achievements in the new Trials Fusion DLC which did not pop in game, and
I cannot access the app to find out what has happened with them.

On the 360 meanwhile I have had achievements pop as normal however have not been added properly. They show up when I click on the games achievement list but not on the games list. These include:

Game: Destiny

Unlocked on: 28th March 2015

Troubleshooting steps (Xbox 360): Cleared Cache, re-downloaded profile.

I attempted several troubleshooting tests for the Trials Fusion achievements on the One, but since the app is not responding it is possible they are in a 'Done Unlocking...' state.

 

Game: RAGE

5.Troubleshooting Steps: I've unlocked achievements in other games, I've re downloaded my gamer tag many times and x-box support have re synced my account.

Also Rage isn't even showing up on x-box.com under Achievements for me. On my console it says 1180 for rage 59/60 but when I click on rage it say 60/60 1250

 

Game: Aliens vs Predator

Platform: Xbox 360

Name of Achievement(s): Real Nasty Habit (Get 18060 XP in Ranked Matches) and Not Bad for A Human (Get all the Aliens vs Predator achievements)

Unlocked on: 4/4/15 at some point between 3:30am and 4:30am GMT

Troubleshooting Steps: I have tried deleting and redownloading my profile and have checked the game at xbox.com on multiple devices but they all show the game being at 48/50 achievements despite having all 50 unlocked.

I have not had enough gaming time to unlock anything in other games since but will update this thread should I encounter any more problems.

Please, please fix this. This game has taken me 3 years worth of online grinding and to be *** out of the completion by server errors is NOT cool.

 

Game: Call of Duty 2

Platform: Xbox 360

Name of achievement(s): Veteran of Crossing the Rhine; War Hardened; won the War (all unlocked simultaneously)

Unlocked on: 03 April 2015

I appears that my total gamerscore went up . Achievements show when looking at them (xbox.com, Xbox 360, and Xbox One) but it still says 590/1000 10/13 achievements won when looking on all platforms as well. I've done all the recommended troubleshooting
steps including unlocking an achievement in another game on the same console. Any help with this is appreciated.

Also of note I chatted with a rep and he told me to download the achievement app and when he realized it didn't exist for the 360, he told me go to the xboxachievements.com forum and they could help me. So I'm trying here instead. Any help is appreciated.

 

I apologize for the double post but I have another game where the achievement didn't unlock but will also not unlock after replaying the game. It appears it thinks it is unlocked when it isn't. Alos I have unlocked the next sequential achievement on the
list. Zumba Fire is for burning 1000 calories and I've unlocked the next achievment which is for burning 2500 calories. I've done all the troubleshooting steps in this as well; even replaying the game on another console on a new save.

Miss Diggz, I'm sorry to be writing again, but it's been pretty much a week since I checked my achievement history and the problem is still there

Platform: Xbox 360

Game: XCOM - Enemy Within

Achievements: An Army Of Four (100G)

Unlocked on 30th March 2015 (it actually popped on my screen) and it says 29/30 unlocked on the overview (900/1000G), but the achievements "looks" unlocked (the image is revealed).

Let me know if I can do anything else, and thanks for your support!

5. Troubleshooting Steps:

I have tried downloading the content again, as I know they (2K Australia) are having issues with the new content, and I have unlocked other achievements in game, yet the achievements still show 55/63 for one menu, and 60/63 for when I view them. To others,
they only see 55/63.

Any help would be appreciated, as I am an avid Borderlands fan, and have completed the other two games with 100 percent achievement rate. Thank you.

 

I think this is the right place to post this. I recently started playing Castlevania: Lords of Shadow and I can unlock achievements just fine but when I look up the achievements I've unlocked on this website, it doesn't show up on my list of games. The last
three achievements show up on my profile, but when I go to the achievements page, the games not there. I also can't see my Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 achievements but I think that has to do with Capcom no longer having the rights to Marvel properties anymore.

RLB Hypnotic - Thanks for the detailed information and following the template in my verified post above! I'm also seeing what you're experiencing with Call
of Duty 2. To try and resolve this, I would suggest trying these steps below.

1. Sign on with your Gamertag on Xbox.com and view your achievement history for Call of Duty 2.
   
2. Then wait at least 3 days while still unlocking multiple other achievements in either the same game or different games (if possible).
   

If after 3 or more days pass and you're not seeing a difference, please be sure to let me know and we'll go from there. Thanks!

As far as the issue you're experiencing with the Zumba Fitness Core game, that is a bit different than what is being supported in this thread. However,
I would first suggest trying to regain those achievements to see if we can get them to pop. If you've tried them again and still can get the Zumba Fire or Completionist achievements to unlock, I would then suggest creating a new thread to receive support catered

HmmmLawnmower - I certainly see what you're describing, however I want to assure you that the achievements you've been unlocking are definitely recorded to your account. Castlevania: LoS is a game not showing up on xbox.com that we are aware
