Achievement issue with my account.

Hopefully this is a suitable place for this, if not then feel free to move it to the correct place powers that be.

I'm having a weird achievement issue. When I go to my profile page and go to the achievement page, everything shows up just fine, but when it gets odd when I go into specific games. I'm currently playing Assassin's Creed: Syndicate and when I click on it
from my achievement page it gives me all the relevant info except that all the achievements are gone.

The list of achievements below all the stats are no longer there and while it correctly shows my correct gamer score for the game (340/1300) the achievements tab next to it now just shows 19/0. It's like the achievements have just disappeared and it's doing
it for all games on my list. I even had an unlocked achievement from Zombi acting as my Xbox One background image and that is gone too. There's also some xbox.com weirdness of trying to look at my achievements from the website too.

I've restarted my Xbox, removed and re-downladed my profile, and did another Xbox One restart while also rebooting my router and the problem has not gone away. There isn't an Xbox support Xbox live status blurb about it except an issue with buying and downloading
items so maybe that is related.

So, I really just want to know if it's something on my end (everything was fine when I was on and playing this morning) or if it's just an Xbox Live issue and if anybody else is maybe also having this going on.

Destiny achievements not popping

I haven't had my achievements pop for Destiny lately. Is there an issue with my account or is this Bungie's issue?

 

Forza Horizon 2 achievement not unlocking on the Xbox One.

Is this the only achievement not popping, or are there others both in and out of FH2? If it's just this one, it's probably glitched, updates to the game often fix this. If it's others as well, it may be what I had for 3 days where there were issues with achievements on my account and nothing worked for 3 days, it did eventually fix itself and back credit my achievements.

Either way, you should probably throw rocks at it.
