    Achievement is still locked after completing the achievement quest


    I have played Murdered: Soul Suspect a long time ago and completed the story. Then I have played the game again to get all the achievements, I got all of them except for 2 achievements, even though I have completed their quest in order to get them. and I
    did every thing in the Xbox support in order to get them, pls help.

    Achievement showing 100% but not unlocking

    I am trying to unlock the Colosseum Warrior achievement in Ryse: Son of Rome. I have completed each of the requirements for the achievement and it shows 100%, but is still locked. Has been this way for a few hours. Could it be glitched? Completed another
    achievement after completing this one and that unlocked, but still not this one.

    The Witcher 2 - Trollslayer vs. Friend of Trolls

    Anyone know if you can spare the trolls and close the quest, then murder them after completing quest to get both achievements on one play through?

    Witcher 3 Microsoft rewards quest

    In order for them to register in your Microsoft Rewards, you have to complete achievements during the week that the quests are available. Any achievements completed before or after the quest is over, you will not receive points for them.

    my diablo 3 achievements for Above & Beyond and trade in didn't unlock for me. it shows that they are completed but are still locked. hopefully they will unlock when i get on later today to play. after the alert was over i did get two more achievements,
    but these two are still locked even though they are shown to be completed.

    I completed the "Divide & Conquer" achievement for Shadow of Mordor GOTY Edition for the Xbox One. According to my achievements it is 100% complete but it is still listed as locked. I have gotten other achievements in the same game after completing this
    one and they unlocked fine. I tried hard resetting my Xbox & the achievement still will not unlock. Considering the issue of achievements not unlocking was discovered over 4 years ago, and the fact that this never happened on the 360, the fact that it STILL
    is NOT FIXED on the Xbox One is ridiculous and completely unacceptable.

    Update

    Same here, from bad to worse... I've now completed the game (ACIV)... Looking around for achievement I see I'm missing a Secret Achievement which is story related and "cannot be missed" yet it's still locked. I have achievements for story milestones that
    occur after that one but Bunker Buddies didn't unlock... On top of the Devil of the Carribean which is still locked!
