Last october I got a ban for hacking/modding my profile after getting this ban I went to the xbox online forums and sent in my appeal saying how I'm not a hacker I don't even know how to hack and even if I did I wouldn't do it cause I don't want
to lose my profile in general, so with further investigation 2 months later microsoft unbanned my account and even apologized for banning me in the first place . Then I had money issues blah blah but I got an xbox 2 - 3 days ago and downloaded my profile back
onto it I found out microsoft didn't give me back the achievements I earned LEGITLY, which did make me upset but I figure I could just earn them back but I can not even earn those achievements back now.

So I followed these steps:

If things still aren't looking right, give the following troubleshooting steps a shot:

Delete your profile ONLY (do NOT delete profile and items).

Clear your system cache.

Restart your console.

Download your profile.

Attempt to unlock the Achievement again.

But still I can't unlock any achievements, what I'm looking for is my original achievements to be returned to me because I believe they were stolen by microsoft, or at least to lift the filter / ban on my account so I can earn these achievements
back. I did nothing wrong but all my progress was taken away from me and now I also can't earn it back when in the first place I never hacked or modded my account in any way, I love microsoft and their products I've contributed too them for years but after
this happening I feel like I was cheated out of my time and my money.

If you use the
Microsoft Account Security webpage then select the option to update your security Info hopefully you will be able to update the required information yourself. If you struggle with changing this information can you please use the
Contact Us webpage and either select the option to Chat With Xbox Support or Request a phone call from support and they should be able to help further.

 

Usually that's how a gamerscore reset works. Once you're reset you can never re-earn the achievements you had on the account. The only way to contact the enforcement team would be by submitting a case review through
http://enforcement.xbox.com and hopefully they can fix it, but otherwise I'm not sure of any other way to gain that ability back other than creating a new account.

Yeah, that is really the only way to do it mate. The enforcement team are the only ones with the power to fix those kinds of issues
