Achievement Glitching

Hello!

I have a problem with unlocking 2 achievements that are "Glitched" in your game Gears of War 4.

The 2 achievements are:

Remeber the Fallen: 15G

(Recover all COG Tags in Campaign)

Completist 15G

(Recover all Campaign collectibles)

The problem is that its impossible to unlock the achievements because when im playing campaign its said that i already have 50/50 collectibles and they cant be picked up.

Because as soon i pick one up for the first time they dissapear so can´t get them again.

But if im checking my profil on the website (Gears of War - Official Site) i can see that im missing some collectibles and 1 COC tag, but when im trying to pick that up on campaign its not there, because the game thinks i already picked it up.

And what i think its probably some synchronisation error when im switch playing on the pc or Xbox.

I also provide some pictures to help you adress the problem and futher see what could have happend wrong.

Plz help me with this problem so i can't try to max the achievements on this game, it would meant alot for me!

Achievement Troubleshooting post and run through all the provided steps.

If after you still aren't seeing the Achievement unlock, please be sure to fill out the survey provided near the end of the troubleshooter so that we can make the right team aware of your achievement issue.

Thanks for providing info, gudies and a survey.

But i have to say that i have already done everything you just sent me, have struggle really hard with unlocking it but it will not work.

Is there anything else we can try?

If none of those steps helped, filling out that survey is your best option. It may take some time for your achievements to show, but that survey lets the right team know of your troubles.

 

But on the guide you sent me the last option is to do the survey and under it it clearly said "Please note that there will be no individual investigation or responses." so i don´t thinks its gonna help me anything sadly, its been
over 6month after the achievement got bugged so i do not think time is gonna make any difference :/

Please help me sort this out in a way that work, it would mean alot to me after all this time and effort i have made playing the game and contacting your support to fix the problem!

 

Hello! Do you think this is going any futher or do you think it will get stuck like this forever?

I have done the survey now 2 times and hopefully it gets some progress but im still concern about it said that the survey is not going to get any personal response.

Unfortunately we don't have an estimation as to when you'll see the issue clear up, but so long as you complete the survey the right team will be made aware of your issue.

I heard there was a recent update for gears of war 4, I would see if this update corrects any issues with achievements.
